Iridescent Aegis and Fireworks

During the FPE event someone had posted pictures on the forum of weapons that were found, one of which was the Iridescent Aegis. Has anyone been able to find these dropping? I know I and another guildie would like to get one, but haven't seen them being sold.

Also I have heard mention of the fireworks being available in guild/alliance controlled towns. What are the fireworks? What do they do?

I haven't really had much time to play factions because of some disappointment with it and been working on tyrian titles.

Ive seen fireworks in a town once. Jus a pretty visual effect nothing more

apart from your strange logic (dissapointment doesnt make time run short does it?) i've seen some iridescent aegii, and im currently waiting to close a trade where i should get my own..
Wouldnt know where they should drop though

I obtained one with my ritualist, although I do not remember exactly where. I also couldn't tell you whether it was a drop or from a chest. Being that I've only progressed as far as Arborstone (I'm taking my time ), I would have to say that mine came to me either just as I was leaving the city or in the Pongmei valley area.
Despite the stats on mine, it is pretty nonetheless.

I got one from a Forbidden Chest in Raisu Palace. Was looking to sell it, actually. It has very nice stats too.

Any there are fireworks... I've seen them go off twice (once for XoO)

I have one of those too and I too can't remember where it dropped, somewhere early on in the game I think. I also haveanother shield that I can't remember the name of that is cool looking too.

I'm currently in the LUST Alliance, which owns St. Anjecka's Shrine ATM.

The 5 plat show is a sight to behold.
