Beutiful Items

This is my second time through Pre-sear and I must have missed it the first time but what are all the beutiful items for. I've gone every where I can think of but can't find the quest for them. Are they prof. specific?

It's for the quest "A Gift for Althea," which you can get outside the entrance of Ascalon City.

Right outside Ascalon, Rurik and X have a discussion about Althea's birthday. After that, you can get the quest from X.

I don't think you have to do the second profession. You just have to have completed "Charr at the Gates". Then the next time you go out of ascalon city, turn right. A little ways up, the guy will be there, Rurik and he will have a little story time.

You don't have to do either. Just exit the second time after getting your Primary Profession's starter quest. Watch them talk for1 or 2 minutes. Then Osric offers you the quest.

If you have char at the gates you cant pick up this quest, since Rurers is off hunting char with you, he cant gossip with Osiric.
Just pick up 1 beautiful item, get the quest, talk to Althea, tell on Rurik, get the same reward as you would for collecting all 3 items.
