What's the best staff/wand for water ele???
Where can it be found if its not a green...or maybe a collectors???

for a water ele the best staff is Flints Staff (Green) they go for like 1-2k.
Stats are 20/20 energy +15 enchant +20%

ah I must be off on the mods...lol. yours is the correct one. With faction weps you can find a wand with +5nrg^50 and 10 cast speed or recharge.
