Birthday gifts Role-playing Characters only?

Hello!

Recently got a mini-fungal wallow on my main character, but I also have a PvP-only that's nearing 12 months (

I know...it was a PvP char I played a lot and I took a break from the game without deleting or remaking her).

Does anyone know if PvP-only's can get a birthday gift also? Anyone else have a PvP-only almost one year old

one person mentioned a pvp character getting a mini pet.

followed by the next post saying that he didnt reroll very often did he.
