Hi,

I've never had any problems with guildwars until now. (was playing about 9hrs ago as a matter of fact)

GW now just sits at the update screen (the very first one), showing "connecting to ArenaNet" sitting at 0%

I'm not sure what to do because my internet still goes and i havent changed anything over the past couple of days that should make it not work. Makes me think its on their side was wondering if anyone else is having the same problem.

Ps: account has not been updated with a preorder or factions key yet if there is an update today thats messing with it?

You could try restarting your compy. This would erase anything in RAM that might be causing problems.

If it doesn't work, and you're the network admin where you are, try rebooting the network equipment, such as routers(just unplug them from the wall, you want to make sure any stray electrical juice is gone, so give it a minute unplugged).

If that doesn't work, and you're capable of connecting to the internet, contact NC Soft's tech support, because they could have you do something like traceroute that would find if there's a link down between you and their servers.

Other than that, I got nothing else :/
