Why can't my caster be cool looking too?

there are a couple of cool looking staves around, the problem is that its almost impossible to find one with perfect stats.
when i find a gold bow or melee weapon, there is a reasonable chance (maybe 1 in 16) that its +15% above 50%.
when i find a staff its usualy something like dmg: 11-22 req. 10 water magic, halves skill recharge of illusion magic skills 18%, halves casting time of blood magic skills 20%. o_O
i have opened more than 250 chests, and i didnt find a single 20/20 staff :s

I dunno, I actually like the 1.5k canthan a lot...

I really like the new female ranger armors. They look really great, and its a step away from 15k druids.
