kind of a toughie, it's semi-decent as is. the req. 11 kinda stinks, but it has nice qualities. It's sell for around 10k, maybe 15k if you got lucky, BUT personally I think I'd go fo the risk of salvaging it and trying to get the Hale Head +30... it'd be alot easier to sell that than it would the staff. The fac that it doesn't have any "halves cast" etc... makes it pretty useless in the end.
