15% vs hexed is not max, 20% is, so this is not perfect and perfect is 15^50%

lol yeah 15% is perfect, your thinking of while hexed. and 15%^50 is something totaly different.

have bought a few rare 15 vs hexed items for around 10-20k (zodiac and ironwing) not the most popular dmg mod.. don't see it hitting too much high imo

meh good luck getting 40k

yeah for the skin and req and the fact that it is a perf dmg mod which is useful to some people, i say 35-40k
