It's happened to me once during Boreas Seabed; I think it's just a server glitch. Anyhow, both spears charge up independently (it'll only show one Spear of Archemorus icon if both are at the same level), so if you had another person there you could've had twice the fun.

ahh, nothing like two spears in the morning ehh? well thats just great, "fractions" does have allot of server lag :| but still shoulda dropped like 80 black dyes on accident, just imagine hte fun with that :P

Could just apply to the 'drop item' key since that's how you drop the spear, opposed to dropping other items by click-drag. I can now imagine some people trying to dupe stuff by simultaneously kicking their internet box. Tsk, tsk.
