Help with Art 1 project.

Hi, im doing my "final" project for art one and i was thinking about painting a universal logo for Guild wars. The only problem is im not the greatest painter unless i have a sketch (obviously). My specialty is taking an image, blowing it up with a grid, then using acrylic to do some extra details.
I was wonderin if anyone had a graphic or something that was close up. Almost like the cover (necromancer's face) but i didnt want to use that because its a bit to well known in the GW community.

I dont think of my work as "copying" rather than blowing it up and modifying.
Ill post some of my work later if my scanner will work Thanks to anyone that contributes and i will definetly give credit in the title if its your own.

wow, i'm gonna have to see this finished. i'm not an artist but i do like seeing other artists and their techniques and how to implement them if i ever do take time to attempt to teach myself how to draw. so all i have to say is good luck and

Do you mean somthing like a in game picture, or like, someone elses work which you'll give credit to?

See how this is close up? Not an ingame pic but a graphic like this. I really dont want something thats so widely known. Ive seen some people use photoshop to take some graphics done by anet and do some work to make them look really awsome. Im glad your exited to see the final project =]
I just like blowing things up a lot. Right now im working on a giant playing card. Its a joker of clubs that i blew up to 3x2 board. Gridded it and then working on painting it. The back is going to take FOREVER, because its very detailed.
the final project of this (the final project =P) is probably going to take 2 or 3 weeks.

Well my card took a wrong turn so its taking a little longer than expected. Ill post the card but i dont think ill get to GW untill the summer
