is there any way to turn these off and if not how about adding the option to get rid of em Anet, these are driving me mad and always get in the way. what genius decided they need to go in the centre of the screen, especially during a fight

You can choose where they appear if you go into options and 'customise layout'.

I totaly agree.
This thing is from the Devil himself!
All scince you first did the first mission on Shing Jea island this has bother me like h*ll, in Battle, skill mangement ect, and RIGHT in the center of the screen to...come on!

I really would like to know a way to get rid of it to though.
Gonna go some reserch now!

Like Andy M said, press F11 for Options, click Customize Layout, uncheck the Dialogue 1 and Dialogue 2 boxes.

They will only show up in options when when the popups appear.

These popups are an abomination. Not only do they impede gameplay, but they offer absolutely no useful information.

When you get to the screen layout you can move the boxes the pop-ups appear in. Then at least you can get them out of the middle of the screen.

thanks savio that seems to have worked, a proper check box for it would of been nice though
