Hello. I have obtained 1.5k Warrior Kurzick Armor and would like to dye it red.
However when I add red dye, the result color is pinkish, and pale.
I have already tried:
Red + Orange
Purple + Orange
Red + Orange + Silver
blue + purple + green + dye remover

I would like a red color like the one in the picture of the Necro below (pic2) or the Knights armor (pic3).
But not like pic 4 which was red+purple+red+orange (by pbspectre)

What dye combination can give me a rich red color on this armor?

I Thank you for the help.

Try putting 3 reds together.

The Warrior metal-based armor isn't going to let you have that Vibrant Red from Pic2...Metal just doesn't dye like that.

The bland red from Pic3's knight armor is probably just red dye applied to it. Armors dye differently than each other, and the same dye doesn't produce the same colors on every armor type. It gives a sense of realism - DIfferent metal types, different fabric types - all take to dye in different ways.

Kurzich 1.5k warrior, given the few examples I've seen, seems to "dull" any color you apply to it. Even in your two pictures there, the armor seems to make the color more bland and beleivable being on metal armor of that type (Seems to fit Kurzich theme of being "dark and goth-like"). Like yours turned pinkish because the armor takes red and blends it into the metalic feel which made it alittle lighter, giving a pink feel.

How you'd "trick" it into giving you a normal redish I couldn't tell ya.

How do I add 3 reds to each other? When i double click on a stack of red, then click on itself to add, it doesnt let me. Or how do I seperate stacks?
I have only 5 black dyes to use on armor but not sure of the combination needed.

It`s quit possible that I don`t know what I`m talking about. Thought you could.

Don't mix three reds. The end result is still red. :P (To answer the question though, you'd have to have a friend help you separate the stack. Hand your friend one, then put the rest back in storage, then he hands you back the one dye.)

The best you might hope for would be red+black+red+red (in theory), but as was stated above, Kurzick warrior armor just doesn't take vibrant colored dye. (Knights armor takes color very well though, as you indicated in one of your links)

If you can afford the black to mix I'd suggest going for just plain black. The thing with Kurzick armour is it has 2 undyable base colours (3 on 15k version) so unless you dye it Brown or Black (or Silver on 15k) it looks like multicoloured armour (not nice). I've seen a few mixes that compliment it nicely but more often than not it just ruins the authentic look of the armour. It's the only skin I've found so far that actually looks even close to real armour (except the helm..ugh) and it'd be a crime to dye it lime green or something.

You can make a nice shade of brown with Red + Green + Remover.
