i just beat the game with my necro and still have 5 more character's to go, is there a market yet for runners, that can take me to about unwalking water's area...or am i going to have to do most the missions over again?

You have to do ALL the missions again.. (well..you dont have to do both luxon and kurzich side).

Running the storyline is impossible in Factions because it doesn't let you into the outpost for the next mission until you beat the one you are currently on. (There will just be a guard at the next mission zone portal telling you to go back and finish up your business there).

is there any reason i should do the kurzick missions if ive done the luxon ones?

How about, just a suggestion...ready for it? --> Fun! That's why we play the game don't we :P Oh you can also just do the Kurzick missions with another character so you won't have to do EXACTLY the same again

ArenaNet made sure that in Factions you can't get ran through the whole game. That's why you see many locked gates that force you to do a certain quest and then talk to the gate guard to gain entrance to the next town. Although their intentions were good in doing this, it's come to be a pain especially when exploring around and you randomly come upon a new zone...but you can't get in. I wish there were other ways to discourage running, but this definitely works.

I wish the gates would unlock by account, not character. The cutscenes are corny enough once, not to mention 6 times.

If you check the Service forum, you will already find somebody offering mission services. Its a bit steep, but what would you expect for someone to play the game for you.
