Well i had a bunch of zodiac weapons... with 120k in storage... after hustling for 5hrs ... i end up with 1000k!!

My guess is that celestial and zodiac weapons will become like eternal weapons and chaos axes. Although maybe more rare now, as few people have access to it

They probably wil go down as more people find them. As it is i dont think enough people are quite that far yet, but once everyone gets that far they will drop.
Also, unless they upgraded storage i could of sworn you can only hold 500k in there. Might be wrong though.

yes you can hold 1000k in storage.
Its all about the skin and raretity. What is special about a weapon when everyone has it? There are quite a few bunch of skins that pay very good and Zodiac is atleast as profitable as those.

I think that skin rarity will be about the only determining factor for high end prices in the future.
It's pretty easy to get gold drops with perfect mods on them now. If you play through the game you see this. Prices have already dropped on a lot of these mods because of this.
Zodiac weapons are rare right now because the "elite" missions are inaccessible to most of the population. If ANet changes this (and they've said the will) then I don't see how Zodiacs can hold their prices. People will figure out how to farm these missions and do "chest runs" just like they've done for all the other missions.
Your best bet is to farm like mad right now and sell while prices are high.

I don't think there will be much chestfarming in Cavalon's elite mission. (Don't know about House Zu Heltzer.) Cause when you been there you seen that the team needs to split up and it takes time cause you will have to kill the first groups of enemies. It's quite timeconsuming then before you get to the first chest.

Why do you need to "prove" (your words) that you made 900k selling Zodiac weapons. It's not like people would even care or call you a liar if you didn't post a screen shot "proving" this is what you did. Also, any logical person would understand that Zodiac skins will slowly come down in price. Why wouldn't they? They are not limited either. Just go look at the High End forums and you will notice just about every other post someone is selling a Zodiac item.

celestial weapons are not rare...they drop in napaui quarters quest. zodiacs are rare though since not everyone has access to elite misisons yet.

Nahpui quarter mission but I think the chests got nerfed or something because I opened 30 and got 28 purple items, great

Same here, tried a couple nahpui chest/mission runs with my guild and so far every chest has revealed....a purple *sigh*

I have good luck with the Celestial chests, but I only hit them maybe once a week,
you need to mix things up more, don't keep hitting chests all the time, I have gotten some great drops so far in Factions, but I hit chest as I do quests and missions, with different toonz. gl all.........

yap, u can..
and u can do chestruns too, just not the same as it was in fow, but considering prices for zodiac skinned items... it seems like its worth it as for prices, Id guess that even if everyone had access to elite mission, Anet would nerf up the chests a bit (as they did to all the others..). if not, itd be weird

Naphui has been horrible for me too. I get purples most of the time and when I get golds they are usually non-max damage!

i know how you feel MelechRic.
But i had this great damage +15%, adrenaline hammer. Perfect just a few days ago. Along with a perfect Zealous Bow. I kinda have the feeling that when a goldie drops the chance of getting a perfect one is higher then ever. But i agree that you get purples sometimes a bit to often while using the more 'expensive' keys. gl on chesthunting

yea the prices will definitley go down happens with everything in this game as soon as ppl can get the item easy they get farmed like crazy and value drops hugley, for instance a guildie got a 15^50 req 9 zodiac axe from a chest in the house zu helzter elite, he sold it for 1.5 mil in game, i bet in say 1 months it will be worth far under 1 mil maybe even under 500k, either way he was glad he sold it fast

there are people with about 5-6000 ectos id guess... once u get later on, and u get fed up with the crappy storyline, you either go PvP or u start farming like a madman.. oooor, the other way to get some cash legit, resell like a madman (never done it, cant say how it works, seems boring to me anyway)
in this particular case, the guy either bought those zodiac items, which are very hot (or were, they aint that hot now), or found them, and sold for nice price hope that helps |
