Life Siphon Question

I know this is a noob question but i'm confused. If you use life siphon on a foe will you get +3 regen with 12 in your attribute. Now if I use it on 2 foes do I get +6 rengen? Thanks.

Yes. If you cast it on two foes, you'll get twice the regen back.

ya if u cast multiple times on same foe, doesnt stack, but if on different enemies, it staks all u want

No wonder Necros are so dang tough!

Life Siphon staks until you reach 10 pips. So if you use Life Transfer (7 pips) and Life Siphon (3 pips) on the same target, you get your 10 pips, which means you can't get anymore unless someone uses a life degen spell or condition on you.

With enough Energy, you can spread the degen around quite readily since it recycles quite quickly.

By itself, it sucks, on multiple foes, it owns...

If you can run a warrior with Life Siphon being his only energy skill, you can fight with 4-6 pips of regen on yourself and 2-3 regen on two off targets.

As a caster, you can go nuts

I used life siphon a LOT in my earlier levels, but now I find it's not really worth the energy and casting time. Granted, 25 seconds at 3 pips is nothing to scoff at, but I find it much more effective to just kick up a healing breeze and start dark pacting. No worries about recasting until you see that icon flash, or inadvertantly taking aggro. I've gotten more use out of offering of blood than I have life transfer, too. Just my two cents.
