A possible fix for people missing the random arenas (PlayNC Support)

Basically, My Problem was this: All my charachters except my new assassin were able to access all arenas. My assassin could access team arenas, and heroes audience, but not random arenas. Their reply to my question resolved the issue. Just walk from the temple of balthazar to the isle of the nameless and it should unlock automatically. worked for me

Thank you for contacting the Guild Wars Support team on this. What happens when you enter the Isle of the Nameless just outside of The Great Temple of Balthazar? Are the Random Arenas then unlocked for you? If not, please reply with the following information:

- What is your Guild Wars game account name?
- What are the names of all of the character on your account?
- What are the names of the characters experiencing this issue?
- When was the last time you were able to access these areas?
- What is your Guild Wars build number? (This can be found in-game and is located in the bottom left corner of your Options window.)
- Are you still experiencing this issue?

Once we receive this, we will be able to forward it on to our Quality Assurance Department to aid them in their full investigation into the cause of this issue. Hey, Im unable to access random arenas but i should be able to, because my account existed before the arenas were moved. Also, i can access the team arenas and heroes audience. It just seems to have skipped over that arena.
