Minipet Pricing Guide (Don't ask for PCs)

Sold a Gray Giant today-26.5k. Not a huge amount of effort. Definitely less than I wanted for it, but I'd rather get the money now than have it decline more in value.

Sold my Gray Giant for 35k within about 10 minutes, the person asked what's the offer I said 45k, she was quiet for a bit then said 30k, I threw out 35k and she took a look at it and said looks good! Althought I lost 15k profit from it, I still got another one that's waiting for me until I get NF so I'll sell that asap too.

Aparently there are some new pets. I've heard people saying WTB Naga something or whatever.

Please confirm and if possible give prices.......

imo, Gray Giant is the only pet released to the American market that will increase in value over time since no new ones are being released in to the market. Unlike all the rest where supply increaeses whenever a character reaches 1 year, there will be no more Gray Giants coming in unless Anet rereleases them in the next annual series.

There are 6 other mini pets (Naga Raincaller, Longhair Yeti, Oni, Kanaxai, Panda, and Island Guardian) not mentioned. These were released in Asia for events so unless these are released in the next annual series, same deal as the Gray Giant on pricing.

I bought the Naga and the Yeti for 100k +10 ectos each. Other ones I haven't seen for sale in game yet.

I bought a yeti for 100k + 35 ecto (yes i over paid). Traded it for 20k + 10 ecto + gray giant + varesh + kuunavang + prince rurik.

I'm an idiot who lost out a lot of money on that deal.

ive seen ppl selling varesh for as low as 15k... what a huge drop.. =( been shouting for 2hrs to sell mine from 40k to 35k but to no avail......

haven't paid attention to minipets until recently, so i'm pretty oblivious to pricing trends. do they tend to go up and down, or should we expect them to stay as horribly low as they are right now?

Its even more and more ppl who Get Birthday, and even more and more ppl who Buy and sell/trade Mini-pets..
If those get Bought/sold allot of times. The price will drop. :S

Just bought a mini-varesh for 12k. Guy was asking for 15k, I offered 12 and he said okay.

Ok so I heard from a buddy of mine that ArenaNet will no longer be giving the Bone Dragon out as a bday present starting next year.

Anyone have a link to prove this? For it determines if im keeping it or selling it.

Unless your buddy has a close personal friend within ArenaNet, my guess is it's utter hogwash. He was probably bored and decided to mess with you.
