CONCLUSIONS
Prices I sold at are more or less what everyone is demanding in local chat. It was kinda hard to get the low prices I got.

Necrid Horsemen are stupid hard to sell. No demand.
Siege Turtles are sellable with moderate difficulty
Temple Guardians sell in time.
Titan sell if you are willing to sell low.
Jade Armors are easy to sell. Evereyone wants one.

They hydra market is stagnant, everyone selling for the same bloody 30k.
The Kirin market is highly volatile. WTS 25k, WTS 80k, wtf? PICK A PRICE PEOPLE.
Kuunavang is plummeting.

In 1-on-1 trades, Jade Armor = Siege Turtle, and Kuunavang = Shiro. I've seen it go both ways, a lot.

No one can afford Shiro or Rurik, but everyone wants 100k + (1...10) ectos
I think the guide is lowballing at least that they are WTSpamming for.
