I can't get into cavalon, anyone know how?

I can't get into Cavalon from Zos Shivros Channel, does anyone know which quest/mission i need to go there? Thanks

Continue with primary quests/missions until Jamei in Maatu Keep gives you the quest.

You can follow the primary quest ooooor you could just walk out of zos, heading north through the portal on the island, then south off the island to breaker hollow, then out the south gate to the south west entrance of cavalon. About a 3-4 minute run with only one oni spawn that might stop you.
