I joined a European guild even tho im American because i had a a few friends in it, so i switched to european territory(big mistake) well that used up my last switch, 5months later and the guild dispanded, im still american and joining an american guild and i cant switch back. i searched but couldnt find a place to email someone about this to try to get myself help. i got factions too, partly because i hoped it would give me more switches but it didnt.Does anybody know a place where i can email someone or fix this? if so can you please tell me I need it.

Go to the main Guild Wars site and choose the support option. Here is the link Official Guild Wars site.
From there you will be taken to the PlayNC support site where you will need to make a support account. Submit a ticket with all of the information they request. That is very important because if not you will end up submitting the ticket over and over until you give them everything they ask you for. Once that's done you will get an automated response(s). Keep answering them and they will eventually give you a final answer on what they will do (restore your region or not).
Good luck and be patient and polite in your responses. hehe
