had 2 of these req13 and req11 salvaged both as they both had perfect +30hp mods (lost both)

would a low req be worth keeping? imo i thinking not as these were hard enough to sell b4 factions and increased drop rate

Bought a req8 20 below PRE faction for 25k..... I think low req would be worth keeping as a collection piece or a weapon switcher....
