Well... if most of them worth identify isnt that mean unidentify items worth more? :S

Very few people buy unids now; they're really easy to test and with the new patch if I see someone selling an unid it probably means the item sucks bad. As for its price, chaos axes are really hard to sell. I would be happy to get 15-20k for it but that's just me.
