On top of that it has a req of only 10, and with an attribute that almost any monk will use (unlike smiting) Godess of all monks (IGN) is looking for those, good luck

Zodiac staff (dark damage) energy +10 11-22 req 9 curses halves skill recharge of curse spells ( chance :19%) halves casting time spells ( chance : 10%) HP +30
