A character much like the Assassin except faster and yet much much weaker.
Basically a dual weilder(of gloves or knuckles). Attacks several times a second except only does about 3-8 dmg per hit. Has skills that either increase speed and decrease power or decrease speed and increase power.
Attributes:
Bracer Mastery: Increases effectiveness of skills in this line. Increases attacking power of gloves or knuckles. Required for knuckles and gloves.
Keen Eyes(Primary): Passively increases ability to dodge attacks. Rate of increase is 1% per level of this attribute. Increases effectiveness and duration of skills in this line.
Athleticism: Passively increases walking speed. Rate of increase is 1% per level. Increases effectiveness and duration of skills in this line.
Flying Fists: Casting line of skills. Increases effectiveness of skills in this line.

*Fists of Fury 10 Energy/20 recharge/0 cast/Stance
For 5...15 seconds you attack 5%...25% faster, but deal -5...1 damage.
*Fists of Spite 10 Energy/10 recharge/0 cast/Stance
For 5...9 seconds you attack 25%...5% slower, but dead +2...7 damage.
*Fists of Revenge 10 Energy/25 recharge/0 cast/Stance
For 5...19 seconds you attack 10%...5% slower, but your attacks have +10%...20% armor penetration.
Signet of Onslaught {Elite} 0 Energy/45 recharge/2 cast/Signet
Your next 1...20 attacks deal +10...50 damage, when Signet of Onslaught ends, your next 5...10 attacks deal no damage. This Signet causes Exhaustion.
Keen Eyes:
"You Missed!" 5 Energy/30 recharge/0 cast/Shout
For 10 seconds whenever you evade an attack you steal 3...15 health from that foe.

Breached Defenses 10 Energy/10 recharge/1 cast/Skill
For 5...10 seconds target for cannot evade any attacks. If foe is in a Stance foe has -10 armor for the duration of the Stance.
Athleticism:
"You Can't Catch Me!" 15 Energy/ 35 recharge/0 cast/Shout
For 10 seconds you move 10% faster and adjacent foes move 5% slower, this shout is renewed for 10 seconds if you are damaged.
Flying Fists:
Beatdown 5 Energy/ 15 recharge/1 cast/Spell
Target foe takes 10...40 damage, if target foe has less than 40% health target foe is knocked down and takes an additional 5...20 damage.
Much more skills NEED to be added I am willing to take suggestions and criticisms.(Wrote this in about 5 minutes)
I feel that the low damage compensates for the speed(cmon about 3 dmg per hit). Needs some more self healing and some attack skills.

I don't think we need any more assassin's. It would be boreing if Anet remade a profession that they already created and made it slightly differant.
Also only primary attribute improves certain character aspects. Strenght increases armor penetration, but tactics doesn't do anything.
Theres just alot more stuff that should be made before Anet creates the hermit.

BUT WE NEED A BETTER NAME THAN JUST HERMIT!!!
Hermit is someone who live outside of civilization...alone...and GW is a game about teamwork. Just doesn't fit the theme.
The reason why we have "assassin" instead of "rogue" is because rogue is someone who work alone, but Assassins work in teams

Anyways...I dont think anyone would use this profession IMO. ppl already hate assassins for 70 armour, and a weak meleer with 60 armour is the last thing anyone needs.

You could make a Warrior Hate class with say up the % of dodging but with lot lower armor. But would make make them weak against magic.
Also becareful about increase attack speed. lots skill take too much advantage from that.
Need more nitch and unique factors. Try harder. (and Hermit is a very bad name...)
