I got a sword that has a 19% damage to dragons. This one is new to me. Is it worth trying to salvage for this mod, or if it's on a good weapon to begin with worth trying to sell?

I'm just speaking generalities here. I'm not that far into the game and I have no clue if there are dragon farming spots ahead.
