Best Builds

Hey guys i just wanted to hear what you guys think the best build is in your opinion,going to use it to make a new character
right now im stuck on thinking a mesmer will end up extremly powerful,life/energy degen AKA damage seems like it will end up a killing machine...and as for secondary i usally puck a monk no matter what just the comfort of knowing i can heal myself,but thats just me

Mesmers are better early in the game than they are late in the game. You might think that they end up extremely powerful, but it's not really true. They're good, yes. But they're not the best, in my personal opinion. Also, their main thing that's good isn't the life/energy degen, it's their spell-stopping power. As for the best build, there is no best build. It's all a matter of preference.

i gusse you may be right i just started him today,lvl 13...hes still serving his purpose,but i want to know the best all around character,i keep hearing w/m soo i made one *unstopable*,kinda boring though...*farming character*

i like all the classes avaliable soo this is what im trying to lean off of...i have two lvl 15 characters one is a ranger/monk and the other is a ele/monk,but i just get sooooooo bored and then i just start a new character, so in total i have a lvl 10 warrior lvl 15 ranger lvl 15 ele...just started a mesmer as you know

should i stick with the mesmer,in your opinion*

best around character w/mo?

For tanking is the second best imho

For damage dealing? There are so many combos that would give you a better ratio of damage.
