Jade shard dropp!

I was farming a boss last night, fighting my way to him when suddenly, exactly when a Jade knight died the farming code, warning message came upp and when I look at the ground I see that the knight dropped a Jade shard
I was so WTF! that i didnt take a SS

First, i didnt know Jade or Amber dropped and second, it was so funny to have that warning message at the same time i got a good drop or maby not so good but still pretty rare as a drop?

So did every boddy know Jade dropped exept me?

I had a piece of jade drop for me in the eternal grove mission while smashing Luxon faces.

ya,it is kinda rare drop, yet,its not like its the firstdrop of its kind ^^
amber drops too, as far as i know from Mantis in the Ekovald.


the Faction Rewards guy used to bebugged and didnt work in the first week or so, yet, now and then jade and a bit of amber showed up on the Raremat trader. it could only have been from such drops

I have a few Amber drops as I played through the storyline quests/missions.

Funnily enough, I was more excited and surprised the first time a bundle of rare crafting materials drop. "WTF - 10 silk!"

Yeah Kurzicks drop amber sometimes.

i had a jade shard drop for me near senjis corner but its not like its a big deal or nefing i mean you can get them for like ~1-2k each...

Attacked one of the level 0 mobs... it dropped a peice of Amber.

Its rare and random.

Its rare and random. Oh yeah? MY assassin put a nickle in a quarter gumball machine and got amber AND jade, but I didnt take a screen shot because he ate it with the rest of the chiklets.

For starters why would the person lie? You think it makes them super elite or something because they would post that?! Come on... It probably did happen. Not like you just randomly think to take a snapshot..

It bothers me a lot how ppl are so incredibly sceptical. Its like everyone is out to get you or show someone else up.

I had to convince at least 5 people in the past two weeks that the Rare Trader sells Jades and Amber. No way they would believe me... so I got the whole "they don't sell Jades/Ambers noob"... ya ok... learn2play and get your facts straight before you make a fool of yourself.

Grow up, its a game... Seriously Its pathetic...

Amber price went down coz of me
I spread to the people that Amber (and jade) sells in the Rare Trader.
For the record, I got a total of 50 ambers from the Rare Trader for 1.7k only.
The other 30ambers for my 15k Ranger Kurzick armour set from regular hunting/farming. Now the Rare Trader Amber price rose hehe last I checked it was selling 2.5k in the said NPC, I guess people are being patient nowadays with the trader

heck, like you, they called me n00b what why will I care? That's where their happiness is, let them be happy calling you a n00b.

and back on topic, yes amber and jade drops super rare from mobs.

Amber and Jade can drop from anything in game pretty much, there is just a greater chance of it dropping from a higher level mob.

Rich Yeah I been told by someone else in my guild, who showed me as well. He to got a ruby.

Its funny when rare times drop from such easy mobs.

My chapter 1 pre-searing character finds more dyes then other of my other characters put together.

Yeah I had one drop last night. It was quite satisfying as it dropped from a jade brotherhood tank which I absolutely despise because those guys can rip my henchies apart when there's enough of them. I think this was in the star bosses district going in reverse (Naquan quarter? Nyquil quarter? I forget it's name). Was only there to cap a BM elite for my pet, but the jade was a rather satisfying bonus as those damn jade brotherhood were slowing me down.

I had a jadeite shard drop from something in Bukdek Byway. I don't remember where it was, though.

I also had two purple runes drop from the yeti in a cave in Kinya province. I mean, in a row. Would've been better if they were purple items, though.

Jade dropped for me also, but I have no use for it - except to sell it. I need 70 more amber

my husband has had 2 jades drop for him in the slums...and he has gotten monstrous claws, eyes and fangs....me, the only rare things I have gotten this week were some black dye and a gold non-max hammer....bummer....but then again he has always been lucky. (I have just been buying my jade---saving for my armor).

Yeah, I found a Jadeite Shard off a Jade Brotherhood Knight outside of maatu keep.

(jade shards are for luxon right?)
