PC on rare Gemstone Axe (en+5)

Hi guys, don't know if this is rare but ive never seen a plus 5 en hand axe before.

Rare Gemstone Axe of Axe Mastery
Dmg 6-28 (req.9)
Energy +5
Axe Mastery +1 (20% when using skills)

I'm thinking of keeping it for my wammy, but hey, i'm pretty sure this is rare.

Up she goes... Guys any kind of pricing would be great for this so i know what i am looking for. I know people are paying good(ish) money for collectors +5's. This is gold req 9, surely someone can put a price on it.

Btw it is currently at 40k in auction if anyone fancies a sneaky bid

75k minimum, but i could see 100k or more
