Option for 24-hour forum clock?

First of all, if this is in the wrong forum, please move it, or delete it and point me in the right direction.

Now, this is a simple forum-based question: Is it possible to change the 12-hour forum clock (this message was posted at 1:00pm and such) to a 24-hour clock? (this message was posted 13:00)
