basically you need Mayhem in the Market if your Canthan or Welcome to Cantha if your Tyrian.

There is some advice for this mission - start from portal, that is lockated on your left. Do NOT kill Bosses - clear their guards and move over map to East, then to South, and when u will reach bottom of this map, head to West. If u Phoenix, kill it and follow way that u came here and kill Bosses - it is much easier - done it with only henchies group.
