a bug for Rt's fow armor

check the pic and u will see~ wut can i do with this... i paid that much money for a crap armor~

doesnt have +10 energy and +2 energy reg

funny.. i got the shaman fow too.. doesn't have the problem..
maybe urs is an earlier patch .. hmm..?

Report it to anet and hope/pray/cross finger that they'll change your armor.
