Im just wondering is this skin rare? and i havent never heard about this shield so pc please!

yeah it's a really nice skin and the +25 always is nice but there is no dmg reduction there =( if you don't want to merchant it then you can try and sell it in ascalon for 1k or so. then again in the time it takes to sell it you could have spent finding a better one. I use this rule of thumb...I can farm at least 10k an hour...will selling item "A" make me more then that in the time i spend trying to sell it? if not merchant it.
