I wonder if they still considered as a "vanity skin"... Anyway, here it is:

Shocking chaos axe of axe mastery
Lightning damage 6-28 (req 8 Axe mastery)
Damage 14% (while Health is above 50%)
Axe mastery +1 (chance 20% while using skills)

Approximate idea how much it may reasonably cost, please?
