Need a lil help .. choosing an armor

hi

i m gonna do some crafting but i aint sure about some stuff just details ..

i was about to choose a Legionnaire Set ... (having a hard time choosing between Dread and Sentinel )

but here is the catch

Choosing the Helm .. looks like if i want a +1 Sword one, ill have to use the boots for the -1 knight reduction .. so i ll loose the +10 AL in stance for the Legionnaire boots ...

so -1 or 10 armor ? :/ i am kinda confused even with this just in front of me

about the dmg now.. maybe it's better to take the Legionnaire Boots and a +1 Tactics Helm with the reduction .. ?

weapon helm, stonefist gloves, knights boots + gladiator chest and pants is best

now all armour matches theres no excuse not to =)
