I'ld say 50 - 80k on the gothic ... that's a pretty nice one, though the absence of weapon mods might hurt ya in the market.

The rod is worth probably around 10 - 15k... would be very useful for a prot/boon monk

Holy Rod would be worth heck a lot more if it was perfect...but again, wouldn't everything...
