Zealous and your axe

How much energy is gained when you use a zealous mod without using +attack speed skills? Do warriors lose energy cause of how slow axe attacks are and how slow their energy regen is?

Nopes under Zealous and no IAS skills an Axe returns you 3.27 E pips compared to 2 E pips with no Zealous. Under an IAS skill you get 4.03 E pips. Of course when I mean E pip its the comparison to how many pips of energy you will have under Zealous mod by calculating how much energy is gained over time.

Another thing... axe attacks aren't slow. I believe, tied with swords and daggers, that they deliver the fastest attacks of any weapon.
