WTB Echovald Shield +30 HP all the time

The title pretty much says it all.

- Needs to be an Echovald Shield
- Needs to have +30 HP all the time
- For the most part, req does not matter, although if it's 13 str, I probably won't buy
- Doesn't need to have any other stats on it, but if it does, I'll pay more.
- Hoping for something in the price range of 50-75K, though depending on the shield, you never know.

Well, I'm selling an Exalted Shield, (9 tacs rec) with +30 always as well as 5 DMG Absorb (20% Chance)

Strongroot's Shelter has the Echovald skin (although it's permanently dyed in a greenish color). It also has +30 hp and -2 damage in stance, for a req. of 9 strength. Interested?
