Here's my point (quite pissing me off)

Anet, it's nice to try adding new mission ideas but THINK OF WHAT U ARE DOING
Look at the "basic" missions in Prophecies ...
Look at what we have now
  • Vizunah Screwed Square (this mess seems to be finally fixed, took me 24 tries to get past the bugs .. obvious lack of playtesting, probably none)
  • Jade Quarry / Aspenwood .. best lol ever, 8 ppl team, always 2 leavers, 1 screwing the gates and stuff and 2 afk leechers .. towns are empty now and all that for a lousy reward that's great cuz it counts in the exploration % .. i cant even enter the map GJ
  • Unwaking Waters .. 3 hours a day of wasted time for me since a week (empty town, when there are ppl 90% of em are assassins, wondered how they get there btw when i see em Mending at start of missions) how are we supposed to complete missions like that alone? gotta idle waiting for a miracle for the next hundred years ? this 2x8 thing is crap. Once again, u r alone, u r fu****
  • Elite Missions no comments, just considering as non existent in game .. if i wanna get there i ll just do a few millions faction points, 400 by 400 ill get there between chapter 9 and 10
add these problems to the gate system in Factions .. (ok another story there) but this game is supposed to be a COOPERATIVE game, and i see lotsa things that go against this .. what do u do when u complete 2 or 3 quests / missions with some guildies (if u have one) and those who were not online that day cant follow u or are casual players? what about those who dont have a 24/7 guild ? In Prophecies u could just catchup with a lil run help and do the quest later
sry, it's a lil messy but there is a serious problem here
