Ive seen these in RA/TA, being difficult to kill. Anyone know the build to this? I used search but nothing came up

Well the first thing that comes to mind is a monk running Draw Conditions and Melandru's Resilience, which gives them health regeneration of 3 and energy regeneration of 1 for each condition and hex they are suffering.
