can your PVP characters use the weapons from RPG?

right i am just wondering if i am able to use the weapons ETC.. if I start a PVP character

Yes, they can use any weapon. To have them customized, you'll have to go to a weaponsmith in a guild hall.

yes... just make sure you dont accidently delete them rerolling :S
