cause you get the unconditional +5 NRG on a sword or axe...second mod is up to you. i myself use the collectors 20/20 staff with a +5nrg +20% mod.

I use a 20/20 wand and a 20/20 offhand! I would use a +5 sword with an enchantment mod but I'm a MoR Boon Healer and the last thing I want is MoR lasting longer!
