Celestial Fire Req

I am looking for a celestial Sceptor or Staff with a fire req (could use a healing prayer req also but itd have to be low)

Want good mods of course but show me what you have

Ok i just have to ask... do these even exisit? I have seen water and air but cant find fire for the life of me! Am I wasting time?
