what armor combo is best for assa

well i guess the 33/20 blind/psn is universal so 1 piece of each, if i take lets say legging with +15 armor while attacking, so the 15 armor stacks @ all the armor pieces when i atk ? or just the legings ?

emm and im debating between chest piece with hp/ene
