not sure on if you will be able to make much of this nice skin but 13 req and 20% below 50% i find very very hard to sell 5k to someone who really wants the skin i guess
personally i would merch it
as vanguish said high req and 20<50 is very very hard to sell. you may be able to auction it off for 3k if your lucky. I wouldn't merchant it though since 500g is nothing. try to salvage the pommel and sell that for 5k.
