PC on +15 always Dragon Scythes

Finally found a top end item, so proud!!

Oh here it is, gold item obviously:
Silencing Dragon Scythes of Dagger Mastery
Slashing damage 7-17 (req 9 dagger mastery)
Damage +15%
Energy -5
Lengthens daz (33%)
Dagger Mastery +1 (19%)

Also a couple of other items:
Echovald shield req 8 Strength
Recieved Damage -2 while in stance

Heavy Marble Hammer of Shelter
19-35 (req 9 hammer mastery)
Damage +15% (while enchanted)
Lengthens weakness (33%)
Armor +7 vs physical

100k+ its a wanted skin, not exactly sure of a better price range, sry im not good w/ daggers
