THE BEST ARMOR IN THE GAME from NPCs

where can i get the best or good armor in the game from NPCs. i am currently in Kaieng city/Marketplace in factions. i dont wanna buy armor and then realized there are better armor some where in the game that npcs sell or whatever. let me know. thanks

Stat-wise, Kaineng Center has the best armor in the game.

Later on, you'll find 15k armor, but the stats are identical, the sets just look different.

There isn't better armor, just better looking.

Could anyone please post at what outpost 15k armor is available from? If someone would be kind enough to mention all 3 (luxon, kurzick, canthan) I would be most appreciative. Thanks a lot

Kaineng Center has 3 set of 1.5k armor (Canthan, Shing Jea, Ascalon for Tyrian chars/Seitung for Canthan chars), There is an Imperial crafter (Tyrian for Tyrian chars) in Bukdek Byway and the Exotic Crafter(something old for Tyrian chars) in Wajuun Bazaar. House Zu Helzter and Cavalon each has their respective faction 1.5k armor.

15k armor is mostly found at the end of Imperial Sanctum in the Divine Path and has Canthan, Imperial and Exotic sets (only Canthan for core classes). Kurzick 15k is in Vasburg Armory (found after completing Eternal Grove) and Luxon would be int he outpost reached after completing Gyala Hatchery (haven't done that mission yet so I''m unsure what the outpost is called).
