there is only a faction transfer where do i find the person who transfer factions into ectos? thx

You can trade Factions into Jadelight Shards (Luxon Factions) and Amber pieces (Kurzick Factions).. The only way to get Ectos is to find them At The Underworld or the ToPK, where some of the monsters drop them... Or you can ofc trade them with other ppl and get them that way...
