Price Check on Gold 6-28dm Crippling Axe

Hey all, I found this Gold Axe the other day and I was wondering if I should try to sell it for big bucks, or dispose of it at any random Merchant.

Crippling Gothic Axe of Enchanting (gold)
Slashing dmg: 6-28 (req 11)
Damage +15% (stance)
Lengthens Crippled 33%
Enchantments 20% longer

Garbage or worth selling?

Anyone?

Gothic is seeming to be rare and popular ... I'd hazard a guess of 30k+

Wait for other opinions though.
