Where can i buy Shepherd's armour?

Yes, i am looking for the 1.5k Monk Shepherd's Armour(AL 60).

Does anyone know where i could get it and what materials i would need for it?

It doesnt say on guildwiki where i can get it or the materials required.

ah, you got that info from the Factions Preview event. It's not called the "Shepherd's" armor anymore. Go into GuildWiki and look up Monk Armor, go into the Factions section, and take a look at each of the armors in turn. It will be one of those.
