Well, I have deduced that the assassin boss that drops Kenshi's Butterfly Daggers is Waldo's 3rd cousin, since I can't find him either.

Anyone know where this guy is?

Tyrian chars get Foreign Quarter

Canthan chars get Local Quarter

It's supposedly possible for Canthan chars to get into the Foreign Quarter if they assist a Tyrian char on the quest before the Viz Sq mission. I'm still looking for someone to run my Assassin there.

A canthan character can get to the foreign quarter quite easily. Once you've gotten to Senji's Corner, you can walk right to the foreign quarter and enter it, no gate. I don't know if you can do it any earlier as this is when I did it, with henchmen so party structure doesn't matter.

cool...now it's simply the matter of figuring out a build to solo Kenshi (we know that we can already solo Chkkr and Zuekao).
